All hair colors other than 613 Blonde and 1B Natural Black require a custom processing period of 8–10 business days, which begins 48 hours after the date of purchase. This processing time includes Color 27.
These processing days allow us to carefully customize, treat, and perfect each set of bundles, tape-ins, or clip-ins to ensure the highest quality and a flawless finish.
Once the processing period is complete, your order will be shipped immediately to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

You will received a tracking number by email within 48 hours after your order has been fully processed. Please ensure your email address is correct, as no changes can be made after 24 hours.
Shipping takes 2-5 business days begins after processing is completed. This shipping timeframe applies only 1B Nature black and 613 Blonde (any length) straight, body wave, and deep wave.
